Versafine onyx black

Versamark clear

Embossing powder clear

Card blank 7x7

Pounce the clear Versamark ink over the Ink'able, sprinkle clear embossing powder over and heat set.

Spritz the card with water and sprinkle over some blue tone brusho. The embossing will resist the colour. 

Once dry, ink around the border with peacock feather distress oxide to frame it.

Then using the time measure stamp, add some elements to the edges for interest on the background.

Stamp out some butterflies onto the background and onto separate card as they will be fussy cut and mounted on top.

Stamp out the sentiments. 

Fussy cut the butterflies and sentiments.

Colour the butterflies in, I used twisted citron oxide and a pink sparkle pen.

Add these elements to your card, mount onto a card blank and you're done.

7x7 card blank and black mat layer slightly smaller.

HOW TO MAKE:

On the black card panel stamp the numerals in Versamark and sprinkle on white embossing powder. (Heat set)

Using the sphere squares texture disc add some detail with antique linen distress oxide ink

Stamp and fussy cut the colonel

Stamp out a sentiment using the typewriter alpha stamps - I chose Happy Birthday old chap! 

Stick your elements down and you're done!

HOW TO MAKE:

Blend some vintage photo distress ink around the outside of the tag

Use the metal alpha D'Inkable and vintage photo distress ink to add some detail to start building a background

Ink up the ledger stamp in vintage photo and stamp parts randomly in the spaces to fill background

Stamp the wildflower 2 stamp in versafine onyx black as a focal point (centre of tag)

Add a piece of ribbon/string. I inked mine with acorn brown hybrid ink to stain it. 

Add a sentiment from the small words set. 

Tada! You're done.
